The publisher L'Incrédule is a service company that carries out the operations of editing, publishing and distributing leaflets, brochures, magazines and books on behalf of organisations and individuals that promote critical thinking and humanist values such as the Humanist Foundation of Québec, the Humanist Association of Québec, the "Mouvement laïque québecois", the "Sceptiques du Québec" etc.

Each of its customers keeps all the profits generated by the projects they have brought to L'Incrédule and is responsible for any eventual deficit. All general advantages, subventions and donations received by L'Incrédule will be shared between all its customers, proportionally to their respective contributions to the firm's activities.

The company's business is managed by a board of directors elected annually by a general assembly of its clients in which voting rights are distributed each year proportionnally to the respective business volume of each client in the previous three years.
